Information we receive

The inspection request form may receive your name, phone number, email address, vehicle year, make and model, mileage, disposition type (lease return, trade-in, private sale, or appraisal) and dates, known concerns, warning-light status, preferred contact method and appointment date, and whether you requested a secure photo-upload link. The site may also receive ordinary technical information needed to deliver a web request, such as IP address and basic request metadata used for security, spam prevention, and rate limiting.

How information is used

PSG uses submitted information to review the inspection request, confirm appointment details, send a secure link for vehicle photos when requested, and communicate about the condition of your vehicle by your preferred contact method. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Service providers and sharing

Current processors supporting this microsite include Vercel for hosting and serverless delivery of the form, and the PSG backend API for durable lead storage and internal notification. The form also uses browser-level safeguards (rate limiting, bot detection) that may briefly rely on request metadata. We do not connect GoHighLevel or n8n to this inspection flow. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and security

PSG retains submitted information only as long as needed to review and respond to your request, maintain ordinary business records related to that request, or meet a documented legal requirement, then deletes or archives it according to internal record practices. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect submissions in transit and at rest through our providers; no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

If a submission cannot be delivered to the backend, it may be held briefly in the hosting provider's server logs for manual recovery and is retained only within the provider's default log window (Vercel retains runtime logs for a limited window depending on plan); we do not keep logs beyond that window.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information PSG holds about an inspection submission by contacting us at psgbodyshop@gmail.com or (786) 901-9704. We may need to verify the request before acting on it. Additional rights may apply depending on your location.

SMS consent and opting out

If you opt in to text-message updates (by checking the SMS consent box or selecting "Text" as your preferred contact method), we may send appointment confirmations, reminders, and status updates by SMS. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us, or by contacting us directly at (786) 901-9704. You can also request that we delete your submitted information by contacting us the same way.
